The contract page explicitly mentions the link to the terms and conditions on this page. In the event of any discrepancy between a quote, email, or PDF and this page, the online terms and conditions shall prevail.
The terms and conditions are organized by service category. Weddings. Photo shoots. Events. Real estate. The signature indicates the category or categories concerned. If several categories are ordered, the terms and conditions for each category apply.
Methods of acceptance. The handwritten or electronic signature of the contract constitutes acceptance. Payment of the deposit or written confirmation of the order also constitutes acceptance. Applicable law and jurisdiction. Swiss law applies. The competent court is in Neuchâtel.
