Your course
Courses are individual, in person or remotely, with a minimum of two hours per course. If several courses are selected, the chosen duration applies to each, and the durations and prices are added together. The topic, format, duration and total price in CHF are shown before payment.
Booking and payment
The proposed dates correspond to slots opened by TIMFOCUS. If you select a slot, it is confirmed after Stripe validates payment. You can also purchase your course without a date: it is then agreed together with TIMFOCUS, depending on everyone's availability. No slot is automatically reserved in this case.
Give a course as a gift
The gift voucher corresponds to the topic, format and duration chosen at purchase. It is available after payment confirmation, can be printed and comes with a unique reference. The recipient contacts TIMFOCUS to agree on a date.
A year to enjoy it
The planned usage period is twelve months from purchase, for both courses and gift vouchers. The date appears on the confirmation. If you have difficulty arranging the course, contact TIMFOCUS to review the situation. This scheduling period does not automatically cancel the value paid and does not alter applicable legal rights.
One free rescheduling
One rescheduling is offered free of charge, after discussion and agreement with TIMFOCUS, subject to availability. The new date must be agreed together within the planned usage period. For any other rescheduling or cancellation request, contact TIMFOCUS to review your situation; this site does not automatically charge any additional fee.
